Etsy Find: Tubular Upcycled Notebook

I love this repurposed bike tire notebook from the Palepink Etsy shop. Palepink takes used bike tires, cleans them up then sews them onto a hard plastic cover, lines them with felt, bounds the notepaper (I hope it’s recycled paper!) and seals them with an fabric elastic band. Since these are made from actual used bike tires each notbook is different with slightly different treads and some with repaired battle wounds.
PolyFuel Methanol Fuel Cell T40 Laptop Prototype

PolyFuel announced yesterday that they have a working prototype of their methanol fuel cell laptop which they will demonstrating across the consumer electronics industry. The prototype is a Lenovo T40 that uses a direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC). This technology converts methanol to electricity to run the computer.
