Coffin Couches - Real Coffins, Cool Couches

Coffin Couches is exactly what it sounds like! This company based out of Southern California converts unusable caskets from local funeral homes and crafts intricate and macabre sofas. The coffin is made from recycled steel and the legs are stamped with “biohazard” signs in the event any human remains came in contact with the end product. Not only are they catchy but these coffins have in fact been used for their intended purpose albeit briefly, however they were decommissioned due to minor flaws noticed before burial. These couches offer a completely unique and surreal solution to what would otherwise be deemed waste.
