Investing in a surfboard that is beautiful, finely crafted, high performance, unique, and made of rich wood veneer is a perfect way to compliment the beauty of a perfectly pealing wave. Rayskin surfboards offer an unreal alternative to the cookie cutter punch out foam/glass boards that bob in our seas these days. Although the price may be steep the precision made nose riders are of the finest quality, completely unique, and made from greener alternatives than the nearly disposable quick and cheap products that are so abundant at the local surf shop. All Rayskin boards are made to order (which minimizes over production and waste) and completely customizable (they will do their best to meet your fancy)!

The Zero X is an all electric dirt bike sans emissions and noise. With a top speed of 60 mph and the ability to go 0-30 in under 2 seconds, this is no wimpy bike. These batteries contain no cobalt, nickel, lead or mercury, and are 100% recyclable and rated landfill safe, which is nice.

In fact, the uppers are also constructed of waste material from shoe production making the Trash Talk shoe live up to its name. Nike has used a little design ingenuity to make simple and effective solutions to waste reduction (not to mention save them some loot in material costs!).

In other words, do your worst, the Bamboo Pin can handle it, probably better than you can. I don’t suspect you’ll find any of these in a landfill.

Grain Surfboards are made from locally grown wood cut by sustainable forestry pros. Plus the folks over at Grain reuse the wood by-product for fuel, compost & wood chips.
