This week's #ecomonday suggestions come from one of last weeks green Twitter stars, @SheaGunther. When Shea tweets, you listen, so check out Olivia Zaleski and Karl Burkart, two prolific Green tweeps...
I follow @OliviaZaleski because of who she is and how well she uses Twitter. Olivia is host of CNNMoney's Business of Green Series and has an extensive background in green media. She's interviewed everyone from Bill Ford to George Soros to Van Jones. She's super smart, great on camera, and is going places. She's the hipper greener Martha Stewart. I love how she uses Twitter, often asking her followers for suggestions of things she should ask the people she interviews.
I follow @GreenDig, aka Karl Burkart, because he's a rockstar green blogger media guy. I got to know Karl through our work together at MNN (also a good follow @MotherNatureNet) and have always been impressed with him. He's a great writer, a fantastic news editor/filter, and a really sharp strategic media thinker. The reality of our field is that a lot of business models are being tested out in search for the holy grail of healthy renewable revenue and Karl has a tinkerers touch when it comes to working out ideas. His Twitter account is just as sharp, fast, and useful.
