March Madness is here but for me, the real madness this March has nothing to do with basketball.  The real madness is the financial news that has be topping the front pages the last couple days:  Our hard earned money is being used to pad the pockets of the greedy and reckless AIG execs that helped cause this financial mess.  This is madness, sadness, badness… whatever you want to call it, it’s not good.  But fear not, there is some Goodness in the month of March!  Razoo’s March Goodness is a way for you to help you favorite non-profit win a well deserved bonus, and maybe an iPod for you. 

Razoo is giving out grant money to the organizations with the most donor supporters… $10,000 for the top organization and $3,000 for the organization with second most.  There is also a $2,000 drawing for organizations with over 50 donors and a $1,000 drawing for organizations with over 10 donors. 

You can also help out your favorite non-profit by creating a fundraising page for them on Razoo.  The person who creates the page that raises the most donations will win an iPod Touch.  Second prize is and iPod Nano and third is an iPod shuffle.

Also, if you set up a recurring donation, that non-profit will be entered to win a $500 bonus.

Fortunately the “Save a Hedge Fund Manager Relief Fund” is not eligible so you can feel good that the money you give there will go to someone who needs and deserves it.
