The soles of these sandals are constructed from the colorful plywood of used skateboard decks. The curve naturally found in skateboard deck design plays perfectly into the sweeping shape of women’s sandals. RePly is a concept developed by Kris Lovett to take “a movement-based leisure product mainly utilized by males, a creative method of reuse is reapplied to a movement-based market for Eco-conscious women.”
“Used skateboard decks continue to pile up due to the production of over 100,000 decks per month in the United States alone.”
The colors are beautiful, the design elegant, and the function is great. I wonder what they could become after they’re worn out as sandals? Riddle me this Kris Lovett!

“I love being a part of the active world. The stuff that blows my hair back is adventure (all shapes and sizes), photography, mountaineering, Muay Thai, and seeing natural beauty in all its forms. The living earth is the framework on which I build my life and free time. My ideal trip would be BASE jumping at Sotano de Las Golandrinas in Mexico (closest I could come to skydiving through the jungle!). I work towards keeping it real, green, and healthy. ”
