It’s hard to believe but everyday 6000 children die of thirst or water related disease.   To help remedy this global problem, Unicef is partnering up with local restaurants in the Tap Project, to raise money and awareness this week (World Water Week).  Through March 22nd, when you go to a participating restaurant you can pay $1 for the glass of water you normally get for free.  For every dollar raised a child will have clean drinking water for 40 days.  So use this as an excuse to go out this weekend, and drink your face off…water drink lots of water.  You can also donate online.
