The Finca Bellavista is located in the Costa Rican rain forest and it is a community where conservation and development meet. The goal of this village was to preserve 300 Acres of rain forest while providing a place for sustainable living. Units start at $50,000 and employ a slew of sustainable practices including solar and hydro power, rainwater harvesting, recycling, waste treatment as well as a set of sustainable guidelines that community members must follow. These are so great! I want to live in the one in Cavallo, it’s so beautiful. Mediterranean style is definitely one of the most desirable - where’s the realtor for these places?.

I’m pretty sure the top photo is actually an art installation from New Harmony, Indiana. Unfortunately, it burned to the ground about a year or two ago. I don’t have the artist’s name, but I could get for you if you wish.
