A few weeks ago we posted on pallet made disaster relief homes. We’ve found the perfect adornments for the pallet house (in terms of style and material anyway) with Nina Tolstrup and her Studiomama Pallet Furniture. Desinged for the “10, Ten, X Project” Nina uses simple pallets and screws as her base material. The Pallet Chair Lo is an Adirondack style seat, the Pallet Lights come as a standing floor model or a block light meant for table tops, and her pallet stools come as simple four legged version or a block of pallet pieces. She also sells assembly instructions if you wish to make your own pallet furniture. All you need is anything from part of a pallet to two full pallets and you can make your own for nearly pennies. The designs are appealing with their contrasting simple elegance and rough materials. Check out more of her work after the break...
