Craft Recycled: Growing Succulents in Reclaimed Pallets

Growing succulents is a great way to add a splash of color, even in the smallest spaces. Succulents are easy to grow, and once your succulent garden is established, they take very little water to maintain.

If you're planning on growing succulents in a container, you can make your vertical garden a little more eco-friendly by using reclaimed materials instead of buying something new. The folks at Bridgman shared this infographic on how to transform an old shipping pallet into an eye-catching vertical garden. Just make sure that the pallet you scavenge is safe for crafting, and you're ready to build and plant! This vertical garden would look great leaned against a fence or the side of your house or even out on a balcony to add some greenery and a bit of privacy at the same time.
