First you walk in them, and then you walk on them. The Recycled Flip-Flop Door Mat for 20$+ has been around for awhile. The rubber is woven together in typical doormat fashion creating a hinged grid with the foam cubes. The foam however is scrap material from flip-flop production that was on its way to the trashcan before this eco-ception (eco interception). Something more I like about the Recycled Flip Flop mat, and that I find typical with upcycled or repurposed products, is their variability. Since the materials used have variations in color, size, shape etc based on their previous use the product you get will have its own personality.
Available in an array of sizes from small mat to area rug or runner:
- Small mat: 15" x 25"
- Large mat: 22" x 36"
- Area rug: 3′ x 5′
- Runner: 22" x 60"

I have searched and searched for “instructions” on making the “flip flop mat” and cannot find anything.. is there a way to make these yourself? And do you know where to look for instructions, if so?
I love all kinds of crafts and would like to give this a go.
Thanks for any response,
