I’m not sure the Peruvian government honestly has plans to leave the uncontacted indigenous peoples alone. They are currently involved in several hydrocarbon prospecting campaigns in the very regions where these uncontacted tribes exist. If they discover a resource that they can make money on, I’m sure we will see a road and contact with them in a very short period of time.
