We've talked about the awesomeness of packaging things in jars before, but this idea really knocked my socks off! At the Montford Music Festival in Asheville, NC, I ran across this simple, ingenious packaging method from Sweet Tea Clothing Company. Rather than sell her shirts in bags or boxes, she packages them in mason jars!
Normally you'd associate mason jars with food, but this really takes the mason jar idea to the next level. Once you've got your shirt, there are tons of ways to reuse the jar, from holding pens or small craft supplies on your desk to canning or making pickles.
Not only do they use sustainable packaging, all of their shirts are printed on 100% organic cotton jersey. When products, like their men's tees, dont fit into a mason jar, they use reusable mesh bags to package them.
